Creating your first conversation

Once a contact has accepted their invitation you can start to communicate through conversations. 

Please click onto the profile of the contact that you would like to start a conversation with. You'll be presented with a screen similar in layout to the following: 

Click the "Create New Conversation" button on the dark grey bar and enter a title for the conversation. 

Hit the "Create" and Filehaven will create the starter conversation between you and your contact. It will also redirect you to the conversation page so you can start writing messages or sharing files. 

You can write a message in the "Start typing" box and then click the paper aeroplane icon to add your message to the conversation. Equally, if you click the paperclip icon you can upload multiple files to share with clients too.
